Refund Policy
- Returns of our PicknMix's will not be accepted due to hygienic reasons.
- Β If your item is either damaged or incorrect please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order - sweetestdreamsltd@gmail.com
- We will send you a replacement for the item, no refunds will be given.
- Β You must provide photographic evidence of the original packaging and of the items sent, otherwise we cannot offer any replacements.
- We do not take responsibility for incorrect shipping details, you will have to wait for your order to be returned back to our HQ.
- βWe are unable to take responsibility for our parcels that are lost in transit or go missing after proof of delivery has been obtained. If you have not received your parcel, we will need to start a claims process with Royal MailΒ which can take up to 30 days
Damages and issuesΒ
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable itemsΒ
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.Β
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
