Please allow 1 - 2 business working days for processing time, this allows our team to get your order printed, packed and ready for shipment. Once your order has been handed over to our carriers, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing times

All Orders are processed within 1-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Holidays are defined by announcements on the website and social media channels

If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, if there are courier issues such as strikes, holiday deliveries, and/or other issues beyond our control, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will make you aware via email or via our social media channels. Once shipped please be aware this order is not within our control but the courier and we can’t answer specific queries on your parcel.

 If there is a problem with sending your order we will contact you as soon as possible to ensure you have your sweets with you as quickly as we can. 

Incomplete delivery address

If you have filled in your delivery address incorrect or incomplete we will not be able to create a shipping label without being provided with the correct details. This may add time to your delivery as we will need to contact you before sending off your parcel. 

Damages

SweetestDreamsltd is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact your courier Directly  and email us to confirm this so that we can sort out a claim for you.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim and take photos detailing the damage upon arrival. If the parcel is extremely damaged then please decline the delivery and contact us via email at sweetestdreamsltd@gmail.com immediately.

Delivery terms and conditions; 

​We are unable to take responsibility for our parcels that are lost in transit or go missing after proof of delivery has been obtained. If you have not received your parcel, we will need to start a claims process with your chosen carrier which can take up to 30 days.

LOCAL DELIVERY IS AVAILABLE IN WESTON-SUPER-MARE. SIMPLY ENTER YOUR POSTCODE AT CHECKOUT AND IF YOU ARE WITHIN THE 4 MILE RADIUS THEN LOCAL DELIVERY CAN BE SELECTED AT CHECKOUT. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU LEAVE A CONTACT NUMBER SO WE CAN CONTACT YOU WHEN DELIVERY WILL BE MADE.
